Do you offer warranty on your products?
Yes, we offer a product replacement or refund guarantee as follows:
1. Coverage & Duration
- Length of Coverage: 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.
- What’s Covered: Any product found to be defective in manufacturing or workmanship under normal, intended use.
2. Exclusions
We cannot replace products showing evidence of:
-Misuse or abuse (e.g. using for purposes other than the product’s intended function)
- Accidental damage (drops, crushing, impacts)
- Electrical damage (short-circuit, power surges, water intrusion)
- In the case of electrical products, water leaks are detected that are not due to a manufacturing defect
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Cosmetic wear and tear, faulty or damaged was not immediately reported upon receipt of your purchase (scuffs, scratches, discoloration)
- Improper care or cleaning contrary to the product instructions
3. How to Initiate a Warranty Claim

4. Return Shipping
-Once we confirm your claim, we’ll send you instructions on how to return the defective item.
-Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, due to our commitment to keeping prices low.
5. Inspection Timeline
-Return Receipt: We’ll notify you when your item arrives at our warehouse.
-Inspection Period: Up to 10 days for our Quality team to verify the defect.
6. Product Replacement: Once the inspection has passed for manufacturing or workmanship defects under normal use, you can choose to have the product replaced or receive your money back. If you prefer a replacement, we will ship your new item at no additional cost within 3 business days of passing the inspection.
7. Product Refund: Once the inspection has passed for manufacturing or workmanship defects under normal use and you have chosen to receive your money back, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days at the latest. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a message. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

8. After 14 Days
If a defect appears after the initial 14-day window, your product’s warranty must be handled directly through the manufacturer.
